Mauer watches can be returned in the same condition as they were sent, with their stickers and case, without signs of use within the first 30 days after delivery. If the returned watch is found not to be in original condition we will refund you the purchased amount less any costs required to refurbish the watch to original condition. if you want to start a return please take a picture of the watch and payment and click here

Warranty

We guarantee the functionality of our watches for 2 years against internal damages in their movement or any malfunction. This warranty does not cover damages due to water from incorrect operation, scratches, glass breakage from improper use, impacts, or exposure to extreme heat or cold or battery replacement on quartz models.

We ensure that the product is as described on our official website www.mauerwatches.com. We are not responsible for promotions or descriptions made by unauthorized sales agents.

All rights of this warranty are reserved to Mauer Watches. Refunds are subject to an inspection to verify that the watch's condition is the same as when it was sent. For repairs, the received use or failure of the watch will be evaluated.We recommend using a fully tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches us.
